I have many memories of Sylvia through growing up as friends with Colin, especially due to our joint family holidays. One abiding memory though, is that rather than Sylvia shouting at Colin, as soon as I couldn’t understand what she was saying, it was because she was talking at him in Swiss German. At that point, I always knew he was in trouble! Gone but not forgotten.
